Almost done with first fill week of the Paleo Challenge – going well so far. I think I am eating too many nuts for snacks though, gotta bring more apples and carrots to work. Feeling kind of tired and draggy this morning, didn’t go work out, even scaled, I think todays WOD is was beyond me. Lower back has been a little sore too – not the surgery site or anything that I think has to do with the surgery, just my lower back – probably form lifting weights! Going to try running today. It’s about 1/3 mile up to the main road from here, so if I can run/jog most of that and then walk some and then run/jog back that will be a good start 🙂 I do need to go buy some Larabars and unsweetened coconut at Wegman’s too!
