Good workout at boot camp, tiring, but that’s OK. We just got Chinese for dinner, I was too tired to make anything. Not the best choice, not the worst. The leftovers will be good on Saturday 🙂 I will plan ahead better in the future so dinner is either ready or would be really, really easy when I get home. I signed up for the Fundamentals class on Saturday – it is required before you start Cross Fit. It’s basic instruction on form and how to lift weights. One more week of boot camp then on to Cross Fit and the Paleo challenge! I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas for the challenge to start!
